Missions and responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
• Provide guidance on pensions and benefits, translating complex regulations into actionable advice.
• Represent and assist clients in employment disputes and negotiations.
• Monitor legislative developments and case law to ensure clients receive up-to-date, relevant counsel at all times.
• Collaborate actively with team members to deliver efficient, high-quality legal solutions in a positive working environment.

Ideal profile

• Master's degree in Belgian law
• From 2 to 6 years of experience in employment law
• Dutch Mother tongue, proficient in English
• Pragmatic mindset with a proven ability to turn legal theory into clear, applicable advice for clients.
• Strong team player who contributes positively to team dynamics and collective performance.
